Service Description

All levels friendly, these classes are a gentle energising flow style class, perfect for the summer mornings.  Class payment includes a group donation to use the gardens. *These classes may be cancelled on the day due to weather conditions but you will always be credited for another class. I recommend asking to join the WhatsApp group where I post weather updates and inform people of any necessary cancellations*
