'Opening to Grace' - Morning Retreat

“I have tasted Grace and I will look for it always now, in everything, everyone and everywhere.” These were the words I wrote in my journal when I realised that 'Grace', or what we might call an 'awake state of consciousness', was accessible within us and was available all the time when we are open to being here more fully, to living more fully, more present, more aware, more accepting, more embracing. And at the same time, it doesn't mean we have to be passive, we can welcome it all, all the emotions, everything as an expression of life, there to be met if we let it. Until we are graced and awakened by everything that touches us, moves through us. No longer a bystander in this life, but fully living it, being it, being us. Join me for this day retreat where I invite you to soften, into your fluid state of being, where everything can flow, where life can become unstuck, where you can meet yourself, in liquid form, an open channel, an embodied river of knowledge & insight, open to receiving, open to releasing, open to being with it all, moving in one direction only, here, now. - A morning of embodiment, yoga & somatic release: a blend of Authentic Flow & Shake the Dust, including mantra & meditation - Followed by a nourishing lunch & time to connect - Closing with a Sound Bath After booking your place, please email me for payment details via bank transfer, which must be made immediately to secure your place. Payment can also be split into two payments if preferred.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation for this event will only be refunded when made prior to the week of the event itself. Any cancellations made the week of the event will not be refunded. A lot of planning and organisation goes into these events, which incurs a lot of upfront costs, making it difficult to accommodate last minute cancellations. I hope you understand.
