Join me for GROW - a four night retreat in my homeland of the Scottish Highlands, where you can expect grounding yoga practices in a woodland tipi, walks in the forest or Cairngorm mountain hikes, dips in nearby rivers and lochs and woodland saunas.

Come home to Mother Nature

Join me in the forest. Held by the surrounding landscape of ancient pine trees, we will practice in a large woodland tipi, our feet close to the Earth. Expect grounding somatic and yoga practices, walks in the woodlands or surrounding Cairngorm mountains, dips in nearby rivers or lochs and woodland saunas.

Our daily practices will guide us to become aware of how we exist in relationship and reciprocity; deepening the connection to your home-body, your internal environment, and a growing appreciation for how we co-exist in harmony with the external environment.

Come home to yourself

Create space for yourself to reflect on the way that we feel and the way that we show up for ourselves and in the world around us when we are anchored in embodied awareness and rooted in intention.

Notice the subtle shifts that can occur in our body-mind-hearts when we create enough time to slow down and witness ourselves, our environment, and each other, with daily practices that support this recognition and cultivate reverence.

Join me in my beautiful homeland in the North East of Scotland.

This retreat is held near Aviemore. The beautiful woodland venue is nestled into the largest remaining piece of ancient Pine Forest.

What is included?

  • Twice daily classes, including yoga, meditation, relaxation, somatic movement and somatic release.

    You can also expect chanting and sharing circles.

  • Accommodation, private or shared, in one of the lodge rooms or private cottages.

  • Three daily plant-based meals cooked by our fabulous private chef Chloe, of Adventures of The Nomadic Chef. Snacks, teas & coffees available all day.

    • Guided exploration of the surrounding area

    • Cairngorm mountain walks

    • Visit to local Lochs, with optional water activities (SUP, Kayak, Windsurf, Sauna)​ Additional Costs

ACCOMMODATION

Travel

Fly to Inverness: The venue is located one hour from Inverness airport, arriving at the venue by taxi which can be shared with any other guests arriving by flight (approx. £80)

Train to Inverness: The venue is located 20 minutes from Aviemore, arriving at the venue by taxi (approx. £30)

Arrivals & Departures

Arrivals: Arrive Monday afternoon from 4PM for the first evening yoga session at 6PM, followed by dinner

Departures: Check-out on Friday morning by 10AM after our final yoga session and breakfast

A non-refundable £200 deposit is required to secure your booking after completing the form below.

The remaining balance is then split into two payments, or a monthly payment plan can be arranged, with the final payment due 8 weeks before the retreat starts.
