Yoga Retreat in Italy

Join me in the early summer for four nights / five days on the Italian Riviera coastline in the North-West region of Liguria.

 

This beautiful and simple family-run property is nestled high in the peaceful hills of the local town Imperia, a 10 minute drive from the old town and crystal clear water beaches. It's the perfect place to retreat from the world for four days, to practice yoga, meditate, move, write, read, relax - all in awe of the beautiful surrounding views and among the shaded haven of the olive trees.

The accommodation is simple and shared and invites you to reconnect with nature, sleeping under the stars in well-equipped tipis to sleep 2 or 3 people, with an outdoor bamboo covered open shower, toilet & kitchen facilities. This will be a small and intimate community of only 7 guests. 

 

Expect:

• Daily yoga and meditation classes

• Somatic movement and release practices

• Sharing circles and journaling

• Chanting

• Yoga Nidra & deep-rest practices

 

There is a pool and plenty of space to relax at the venue during the day, reading or relaxing. Or take a 10 minute taxi down to the beach, visit Imperia's old-town, or hire a bike and cycle along the beautiful Ligurian coastline (option for group trip).

Two delicious Italian style vegetarian meals a day included in the price, breakfast and dinner. All the food is organic, with the majority of seasonal fresh fruit and vegetables grown on-site!

Arrivals: Friday afternoon for the first evening yoga session and dinner

Departures: Tuesday late morning after our final yoga session and breakfast

Flights are not included. The nearest airports are Nice (France) with regular and affordable flights from the UK, or Genoa (Italy). Information on airport transfers is available upon enquiry.
