CLASSES

  • Authentic Flow

    Through somatic inquiry the intention is to cultivate a deeper connection to the body, learning to listen and respond to the internal language of the body through movement and somatic explorations of yoga asana and free movement.

  • Shake the Dust

    In this somatic release practice we use perpetual movement to build towards a release, physically & energetically; pendulating between HIIT style movement and free movement, alongside regulating and resourcing.

  • Sunday Sādhana Circles

    Gathering in circle and practicing together in community. Expect embodied movement practices such as yoga, somatics, shaking, and myofascial release, followed by ceremonial cacao, mantra chanting, and shared reflections.

  • Release & Restore

    A slower somatic class to work with releasing deeper layers of physical and mental tension through Myofascial Release and an Embodied Yin journey, arriving into a more effortless state of being.
