Spring Sādhana Morning: Embodied Movement, Cacao & Circle
SUNDAY 22ND MARCH, 9.30-12.30AM
A special mini-retreat morning for Spring Equinox!
A morning of embodied movement practice - exploring the energy of the season through movement practices, such as yoga, somatics, shaking, and dance. The morning will include a ceremonial cacao ritual, with prompts for reflection and sharing, and devotional song/mantra.
This extended gathering will include yummy (& healthy!) baked delights for a light post-practice breakfast/brunch.
~ Sādhana is practice for spiritual growth, self-realisation, & collective liberation. Practiced to come into a deeper sense of alignment with ourself, and to help us show up in the world as our true and authentic self.

Embodied Anatomy Workshop Series
Listening to the body’s inner intelligence: an embodied exploration of living anatomy through movement and somatic inquiry, rooted in sensation, movement, and presence.
A two-part series inviting you to experience anatomy not as information to learn and memorise, but as innate intelligence available and accessible to listen to. An embodied, explorative approach through movement, imagery, touch, and felt-sense perception and presence; experiencing anatomy as a living conversation rather than a fixed map. These workshops are less about ‘learning more’ and more about remembering how to listen.
Workshop 1: Saturday 11th April - The Container — the structures that hold, support, and shape us.
Workshop 2: Saturday 2nd May - The Contents — the living systems that move, nourish, and communicate within that structure.
Each workshop can be taken individually, though together they offer a richer, more integrated experience of the body as both form and living process.

Myofascial Release & Restore: Winter Series
SUNDAYS 5-6:30PM - 25TH JANUARY, 8TH & 22ND FEBRUARY
'Release & Restore' is a slower somatic class to work with releasing deeper layers of physical and mental tension through Myofascial Release and an Embodied Yin journey, arriving into a more effortless state of being.
Myofascial Release exercises are done using somatic explorations of our fascia. Massage balls and props and will work into specific areas of tension within the body, working along the Myofascial Meridians and connecting awareness with the energetics of the Traditional Chinese Medicine meridians. Following with gentle movement and Yin Yoga postures to explore the release and rest into a more relaxed state of being within the body.

SHAKE THE DUST
SATURDAY 28TH FEBRUARY, 9.30-11AM
Shake the Dust is a ‘somatic release’ class that uses music and movement to facilitate the feeling and experience of release.
In this practice, we use repetitive containers of high-intensity movements to build towards a physical & energetic release, explored within free movement. We pendulate between movement containers and releasing from them into free movement, alongside resting and resourcing ourselves.
The movements build an energetic ‘charge’ in the body, using the repetition of movements to activate the big muscle groups to metabolise stress/sympathetic energy and help with the release of tension. The practice is carefully curated to lift & lower the heart rate and move you between the sympathetic-parasympathetic nervous system as a form of self-regulation.
